OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

You’re always welcome to change or cancel an appointment if need be, our staff just asks for the courtesy of proper notice. Due to the current influx of late cancellations, we are currently requiring deposits for all scheduled services.

24 hours notice is required to move or cancel an appointment for all regular services. We ask for 48 hours notice for services that span over a 2 hour time slot. Your deposit is applied to your total service cost and is only collected should you not adhere to the cancellation policy.
